This is a urn created from living coral and placed in a location to restore of create a new reef

Sea Foam Burial Flowers 

It is NOT legal to place flowers in the water if they float.  So we have found a foam which will melt in water after about 3 hours allowing the flowers to settle to the bottom.  The petals of any flower are Ok according to maritime law.
